Eleni Anderson

Eleni Anderson is a seasoned recruiting professional with extensive experience in technical recruitment. Currently serving as the Director and Head of Technical Recruiting at Dropbox since September 2015, Eleni leads global efforts in Engineering, Product, and Design recruiting. Prior to Dropbox, Eleni held various roles at Splunk from May 2012 to May 2015, including Technical Recruiter, and played a pivotal role in the company's rapid growth during its IPO. Earlier experience includes working as a Technical Recruiter at Kforce Inc from August 2009 to May 2012, focusing on full cycle hiring in the Bay Area. Eleni earned a Bachelor's degree in Business from Loyola Marymount University in 2009.
