John Kurlak is an experienced software engineer with a background in leading technology teams and developing robust software solutions. Currently a Tech Lead for the billing platform at Dropbox since August 2021, John has previously held similar leadership roles at Facebook, where contributions were made to the Profile and Timeline infrastructure from July 2016 to August 2021. Prior to that, John worked at Microsoft from July 2012 to July 2016, gaining experience in various roles related to Power BI, Azure Stream Analytics, and MSN, as well as an internship at MSN. Early career experience includes a co-op position at IBM in 2010. John Kurlak earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from Virginia Tech in 2012.
