Jon Howell is an accomplished design professional with extensive experience in brand and product design. Currently serving as Design Director for Brand XP at Dropbox since September 2022, Jon leads efforts to enhance the emotional connection between the Dropbox brand and its users. Prior to this role, Jon co-founded a freelance studio focused on emotive visual identities, and held positions at notable companies including Robinhood, Lyft, SurveyMonkey, Twitch, Microsoft, and Focus Lab, where responsibilities spanned from launching educational initiatives to redesigning brand experiences. Jon holds a Master of Arts in Graphic Design from Savannah College of Art and Design and a Bachelor of Science in Business Marketing & Advertising from Florida Gulf Coast University.
