Karishma Anand

Karishma Anand is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in corporate strategy and executive support, currently serving as Chief of Staff in the Office of the CEO at Dropbox since 2023. Prior to this role, Karishma held the position of Senior Manager in Enterprise Strategy at TD from 2021 to 2023. Karishma's career began at Deloitte, where roles included Manager, Assistant Manager, Senior, and Staff from 2015 to 2021. Additional experience includes working as a Teaching Assistant at Queen's School of Business and as a Financial Analyst at TD in 2014. Karishma holds a Bachelor of Commerce (Honors) and a Graduate Diploma in Accounting from the Smith School of Business at Queen's University, as well as a CPA, CA designation from CPA Ontario, and an Exchange degree in Master of Science, Business Administration and Management from SKEMA Business School.
