Prashanth Padmasola

Prashanth Padmasola is an accomplished engineering manager currently overseeing Network Engineering Services at Dropbox since June 2020, focusing on reliability, scalability, and automation. Prior to this role, Prashanth contributed to network reliability engineering at Box from February 2017 to June 2020, and served as a Senior Network Administrator at Kollective Technology, where the emphasis was on cloud-based enterprise video delivery. Extensive experience was also gained at Hughes Network Systems as a Senior Network Engineer, responsible for the planning, deployment, security, and monitoring of managed satellite and terrestrial networks across North America. Earlier work included a position as a Network Engineer 3 at Iowa State University, where Prashanth also served as a teaching and research assistant in electrical engineering. Prashanth holds a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology, Madras, and a Master's degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Iowa State University.
