Ruth Heffernan

Ruth Heffernan is an experienced talent acquisition professional currently serving as a Talent Acquisition Partner in Global Recruiting GTM at Dropbox since July 2018. Ruth has a strong background in recruitment, having previously worked as an International Recruiter for Sales and Channel at Dropbox and as a Recruiter at Susquehanna International Group, LLP. Prior roles include Talent Acquisition Manager at Fidelity International and Talent Acquisition Recruiter at State Street, where expertise in full-life cycle recruitment was developed across various financial sectors. Ruth began the career as a Recruitment Consultant in finance, banking, and IT at Lex Consultancy and Euro London Appointments, respectively, and has foundational experience in retail sales as a Sales Consultant at Brown Thomas. Ruth holds a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) degree from the University of Wales, Cardiff.
