Skyler Hair

Skyler Hair has a diverse work experience in software engineering and web development. They started their career in 2014 at Jolt, where they worked with the founders on brand awareness and customer education. They focused on web design, organic search placement, sales funnel optimization, copywriting, content creation, landing page design and development, Adwords, PR, video editing, and link-building.

In 2015, Skyler joined Qualtrics as a Software Engineer, where they streamlined internal processes through desktop apps, programs, and internal sites. They rebuilt the phone queue systems and created a Mac desktop app for support teams, resulting in increased support awareness and reduced customer wait times.

From 2015 to 2018, Skyler worked at LeadTrain.com as a Software Engineer, responsible for managing the product roadmap, sprints, and engineering team. They specialized in full-stack engineering, particularly NodeJS, and built a scalable platform for contact management, social media management, lead sequence builder, event management, and landing page builder.

In 2018, Skyler joined Auth0 as a Senior Software Engineer, working on the Extend team across the entire stack. They contributed to various projects, including the CLI, embeddable code editor, serverless infrastructure, and AWS services. They improved automated deployments with CloudFormation and greatly benefited from the expertise of the team.

From 2018 to 2020, Skyler worked as a Freelance Software Engineer, primarily with The Privacy Co., where they built an internal Admin dashboard. Freelancing allowed them flexibility with their schedule and provided more time for family and side projects.

Most recently, in 2020, Skyler co-founded Droplet, where they serve as the CTO. Droplet digitizes paper-based processes and automates complex workflows, enabling efficient decision-making and coordination. They aim to eliminate the need for paperwork and transform traditional processes.

Skyler Hair attended Lonestar College - Tomball from 2008 to 2012, where they obtained an Associate of Science Degree in Physics. Following this, they began their studies at Brigham Young University in 2012, majoring in Computer Science.
