Ghea Utariani Sumantri is an experienced professional with a background in Human Capital, Marketing, Public Relations, and Operational functions. Ghea Utariani began their career in 2013 as a Junior Change Associate at PT. Bank Syariah Mega Indonesia. In 2014, Ghea became a Human Capital - Sales Assistant Training at PT Intigarmindo Persada (Lois Jeans). Ghea Utariani planned and conducted training for Lois Jeans sales assistants, composed training materials, and taught Ms Office & business analysis basics to sales assistant leaders. In 2016, Ghea joined PT Kreasi Edulab Indonesia as Manager for Eduplex Cafe & Co-working Space. Ghea Utariani was responsible for directing and executing Human Capital, Marketing, Public Relations, and Operational functions in Eduplex Cafe & Co-working Space, and successfully increased daily revenue by 40-50%.
