Lauren Brunson

Lauren Brunson has over 10 years of work experience. In 2021, they began working as a Product Manager at Dropsuite. From 2015 to 2021, they worked at BitTitan, first as a Senior Technology Strategist and then as a Partner Technical Strategist. In this role, they worked closely with assigned territory managers in a technical pre-sales fashion, acted as a subject matter expert, provided technical enablement and post-sales methodology guidance, and was responsible for customer communication during long term product support defect resolution and support escalations. From 2012 to 2015, they worked at AppRiver as a Sales Engineer and Sales Operations, where they demonstrated and conducted walkthroughs for clients, provided technical and non-technical support, and developed and maintained relationships with customers. From 2011 to 2012, they worked as a Counselor at Children's Home Society.

Lauren Brunson graduated from Spring Hill College in 2011 with a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Psychology. In September 2021, they obtained a Certified Scrum Product Owner\u00ae (CSPO\u00ae) certification from the Scrum Alliance.
