Małgorzata Świerczyńska-Chlaściak's work experience begins in 2014 as a Senior IT specialist at the Wrocław Centre for Networking and Supercomputing. Małgorzata worked on a project focused on new generation domain-specific services in the PL-Grid Infrastructure for Polish Science until October 2015.
In 2015, Małgorzata joined the University of Wrocław as an Assistant, and they contributed to the university until September 2018.
During the summer of 2018, Małgorzata had an internship at the NASA Jet Propulsion Laboratory in Pasadena, CA, USA. Małgorzata worked in Dr. Richard Gross's Research Group, focusing on geophysical processes that control sea level change and ocean temperature. Małgorzata'sresearch project was titled "A new method for long-term prediction of the North Atlantic Oscillation." The internship took place from June to July 2018.
Since December 2018, Małgorzata has been working at Droptica, initially as a Junior PHP Developer and later as a Drupal Developer from May 2021. The end dates for these roles are not specified, indicating their ongoing employment with the company.
