Prior to this, Jessie served as People + Culture at Array from February 2021 to December 2023, focusing on enhancing workplace dynamics and talent management. Jessie also held the position of Director of Learning and Development at L'Oréal from March 2008 to 2010, where responsibilities included driving training initiatives and fostering employee growth.
