Vu Pham JD, MHA, CEPA has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Vu is currently serving as the General Counsel at Drover AI since July 2022 and as a Partner at A.D. Creative Group since April 2022. Prior to these roles, they worked as an Attorney at Law at Pham Law Firm, PLLC, starting in December 2018. In this position, they represented clients in corporate counsel matters, focusing on mergers/acquisitions, business law, contracts, business formation, real estate transactions, estate planning, and insurance disputes.

Before joining Pham Law Firm, Vu worked as a Consultant at Endgame Solutions, LLC starting in March 2018. Vu'sresponsibilities included business consulting for start-ups, operational guidance, succession/exit planning, business turnarounds, capital funding, and executive leadership coaching.

In addition to their legal career, Vu also has teaching experience. Vu served as an Adjunct Professor at Montana State University Billings from 2012 to 2018.

Prior to their legal practice, Vu gained valuable experience working in the U.S. District Courts. Vu served as a Federal Law Clerk to U.S. District Court Judge Jack Shanstrom from 2003 to 2013 at the U.S. District Courts. Earlier in their career, they worked as a Federal Law Clerk to U.S. District Court Judge Richard Cebull from 2001 to 2003 at the U.S. District Court for the District of Montana.

Throughout their career, Vu has demonstrated expertise in various areas, including corporate law, business consulting, real estate transactions, estate planning, and academia.

Vu Pham JD, MHA, CEPA has a diverse education history. In 1998, they earned a Juris Doctorate from the University of Montana. Vu then pursued a Master of Health Administration from Montana State University Billings, completing the program in 2012. Prior to their legal and healthcare studies, they obtained a Bachelor of Science in Chemistry from Wayne State University in 1993. In addition to their formal education, Vu Pham has also obtained several certifications, including being a Certified Exit Planning Advisor from the Exit Planning Institute and being a part of the Leadership Montana Alumni Class of 2014. Furthermore, they are a member of both the Montana State Bar and the Washington State Bar.
