Janet Pao

Janet Pao is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in product development and compliance across various industries, including consumer mobility and electronics. Currently serving as the Director of Product Development and Compliance at both REYHEE and Droyd, Janet focuses on FDA-cleared medical devices and kids' electric rideable products, respectively. Janet's achievements include contributions to award-winning products such as the Zypster mini go-kart and recognition in the Toy Foundation’s Ride-On Toy of the Year. Previously, Janet held significant roles at Kaja Audio, Lightchaser Inc., and VIZIO, showcasing expertise in wireless technology and home appliances. Janet's entrepreneurial spirit is reflected in founding the world's first mobile cat cafe, Moon Cat Cafe. With a solid educational background including a B.A. in Classical Civilization from Cornell University, Janet remains an influential member of The Toy Association.
