Frederic Bautista

Frederic Bautista is an experienced IT professional with a diverse background in technical support and customer service. Currently serving as an IT Help Desk Analyst at DRPS- Durham Regional Police Service since November 2019, Frederic has previously held positions including IT Helpdesk Administrator at Plan Group Inc. and Tier I Helpdesk Specialist at Pearson. Frederic's customer service experience includes a role as a CSR at LCBO, along with earlier positions such as Data Entry Clerk at MPAC and Help Desk Support during a co-op at the Financial Services Commission of Ontario. Frederic completed education at Seneca Polytechnic from 2011 to 2013.
