Matthew Varava is an experienced executive currently serving as CEO of Selectron Solutions and as CEO & CFO of DRS Product Returns, where responsibilities include managing reverse logistics operations and implementing responsible unsaleables solutions for Consumer Packaged Goods manufacturers. As President of Volver Investment Partners, Matthew actively oversees three operating companies in the Consumer Packaged Goods and Commercial/Consumer Electronics sectors, focusing on strategic and operational business planning. Prior roles include CFO and COO at Blessing White Inc., where financial and strategic leadership was provided for global operations, and Vice President of Employee Engagement at GP Strategies Corporation, known for developing a successful work tech SAAS engagement solution. Matthew began their career at PwC Consulting and served as Financial Controller at Hough Petroleum. Academic qualifications include a BA in Economics from the University of Pennsylvania, a Bachelor of Arts in Accounting and Finance from Rowan University, and an MBA in Finance from Thomas Jefferson University.
