Henry Winter is an accomplished business professional with extensive experience in management and operations across various sectors. Currently serving as General Manager DACH at DR SMILE since July 2023, Henry has held significant leadership roles including Geschäftsführer at FirstVet and Special Projects Manager at Gorillas. Prior experience includes serving as Senior Operations & Logistics Manager at Uber, where involvement in the Global NOMAD program facilitated the expansion of Shared Rides in Latin America. Henry's career also encompasses significant positions at Lamudi Philippines, MyProperty.ph, and Rocket Internet SE, along with early roles at Tinder, UBS Wealth Management, and Allianz Global Investors. Henry holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from The American University of Paris and has also studied at NYU Stern School of Business and Worth School, where an International Baccalaureate was obtained.
