Nastia Aderikhina

Nastia Aderikhina is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in product and project management across various industries. Currently serving as a Senior Product Manager at DR SMILE since October 2020, Nastia has previously held roles as a Product Manager and Tech Manager within the same organization. Prior to this, Nastia was a Software Production Manager at Noveo Group from January 2017 to September 2020, where responsibilities included managing the development of multiple MVPs and establishing software delivery processes for over 10 engineering teams. Nastia also has a background in leading numerous software start-up projects for international clients at Sibers and has experience in freelance web design and development. With a foundational experience as a General Manager at Zokol Hostel, Nastia has demonstrated strong leadership and operational skills. Academic qualifications include a Master's degree in Economics from Novosibirsk State Technical University.
