Otylia Kaczmarek is an experienced professional in the fields of dietetics and management. Currently serving as Area Manager at DR SMILE since September 2022, Otylia manages a team of dental partners, focusing on data analysis, quality improvement in patient care, and implementing training for medical staff. Previously, Otylia worked as a Brand Manager at Food Forum and held various managerial roles at Naturhouse Polska, where responsibilities included overseeing a distributed team of dietary offices, setting sales goals, conducting quality audits, and managing training and recruitment. Otylia's career in dietetics began with positions at multiple healthcare facilities, providing expertise as a dietitian. Otylia holds a Master's degree and a Bachelor's degree in Human Dietetics from the Uniwersytet Przyrodniczy w Poznaniu.
