Wendy C. Drucker

Managing Director at Drucker & Falk

A former athlete turned exercise fanatic, on any given morning you will find Wendy at the gym or walking along a nature trail with her beloved Boston Terrier, "Roni." Wendy is a lover of all things outdoors and relishes time with family cruising down the James River.

With a degree in experimental psychology from Wheaton College in Massachusetts, Wendy pursued her passion of working with autistic children for many years prior to starting her career in 1981 with Drucker + Falk. Based first in the Raleigh office, she has worked in almost every multifamily capacity in the firm. In 1994, Wendy moved to the company’s headquarters in Newport News, Virginia, where she currently serves as Managing Director. In addition to new business development, her passion is multifamily development and working with developers on new construction and lease-up projects, older and historic apartment community renovations, and repositioning and renovating mature, value add assets. She remains a leader in adopting emerging technology as a means to working within an ever-changing multifamily and commercial real estate landscape. Wendy currently serves on multiple community boards, is immediate past President of the Newport News Economic Development Council, President of Hampton Roads Academy Board of Directors, and is a licensed Real Estate Broker in Virginia and North Carolina. She also holds licenses in South Carolina, Georgia, and Tennessee, and is a Certified Property Manager (CPM®) as designated by the Institute of Real Estate Management.
