Alexia Betances, MSW, RCSWI, currently serves as a School Based Intervention Counselor at Drug Abuse Treatment Association, Inc., focusing on early identification and supportive services for children and families at risk of substance use and mental health issues since May 2023. Previous roles include Outpatient Therapist at DATA, MSW Intern at Wellness Resource Center, and Graduate Student Worker in Mental Wellness Promotion at Florida Atlantic University, where Alexia facilitated programs on body acceptance and suicide prevention.
