Penny Tabbert has extensive experience in human resources, currently serving as a Recruiter at Drug Abuse Treatment Association, Inc. since January 2019. In addition, Penny has held the position of Chief Human Resources Officer and has been with the organization since June 1986, where Penny has significantly contributed as the Director of HR.
