Michael Nowacoski

Michael Nowacoski is a seasoned law enforcement professional with extensive experience at the Drug Enforcement Administration since March 1997. Currently serving as a Senior Leader and Assistant Special Agent in Charge in Philadelphia, PA, Michael oversees investigations and operations against major drug trafficking organizations and related crimes. Previously held roles include Acting Regional Director for the Middle East, where Michael managed DEA operations across 10 offices, and Assistant Regional Director in Kazakhstan, overseeing investigations in 15 countries. Early in the career, Michael served as an Inspector at DEA Headquarters, conducting internal investigations, and in various leadership positions across the New York and Chicago Divisions, as well as international assignments in Moscow. Michael’s educational background includes a Master of Arts and a Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice from John Jay College (CUNY).
