Stephen Barnes, MSA, CDFM, DFMCP2, is a seasoned Budget & Program Analyst at the Drug Enforcement Administration since December 2016, providing program guidance for the agency’s General Living Quarters program across 29 foreign offices. Prior experience includes serving as a Comptroller Integration Budget Officer in the United States Army Reserve, where responsibilities included managing workflows and financial programs, and overseeing an annual funding program of over $60 million for personnel operations. Additional roles involved expertise in budget analysis, financial management, and resource coordination, demonstrating a strong background in accounting and finance. Stephen holds a Master of Science in Accounting from Liberty University and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of Central Florida, complemented by extensive military leadership training.
