Allison Pon has a diverse work experience in the fields of bioinformatics and software development. Allison has worked as a Software Developer at DrugBank since 2016, where they contribute to the development of an intelligent drug knowledge platform. Prior to that, they worked at the University of Alberta as a Bioinformatician from 2013, where they collaborated on various research projects, developed software and web applications, and prepared research projects for publication. Before that, they worked at the University of Toronto as an Undergraduate Teaching Assistant from 2011 to 2012, where they led discussions and provided guidance to students.
