Janet King

Janet King has a solid background in product management and design. Janet currently works as a Senior Product Designer at DrugBank since March 2023. Prior to that, they worked as a Product Manager at The Bay from December 2021 to February 2023. From February 2019 to April 2021, Janet held the position of Product Manager at Format, where they led both the product and theme teams and successfully executed product roadmaps. Before that, they worked as a Designer at Stonehouse Publishing from January 2015 to 2020. Janet also has experience as a Product Manager/Designer at Scope AR from March 2018 to January 2019, where they designed and implemented augmented reality solutions. Additionally, they worked as a Sessional Design Studies Instructor at MacEwan University from January 2014 to January 2019. Janet has also held roles as a Designer/Product Manager at Showbie from September 2016 to January 2018 and as a Designer from April 2015 to September 2016. Janet King began their education in 2005 at Grant Macewan College, where they completed the Office Assistant, Administrative Major Certificate Program. Janet then continued their studies at Grant Macewan University from 2008 to 2011, and obtained a Design Studies Diploma with a focus on Digital Media.
