Nadhar Alsabban

Nadhar Alsabban has a diverse work experience across various industries. In 2013, they completed an internship at Graphytes Design Lab, where they gained skills in project management, social media planning, and legal document preparation. They also completed the Nestlé Centre of Excellence, Business Executive Certificate Program, which included job shadowing, project management, and finance.

In 2015, Alsabban worked as a volunteer administrative assistant at CNIB and later became an operations manager at Coach Sabban.

From 2016 to the present, they have worked at DrugBank in various roles, starting as a customer success manager, where their responsibilities included managing accounts payable and receivable, invoicing, and customer service communications. Later, they became a business development manager and helped the company achieve a 300% increase in revenue. As a sales operations manager, they focused on scaling the sales processes, managing the CRM, and creating reports for decision-making. Currently, they hold the position of director of operations, where they lead administrative, business, and technical operations, implementing strategies, policies, and initiatives to enhance day-to-day operations and technological effectiveness.

Nadhar Alsabban obtained an Associate's Degree in Business Management from MacEwan University, which was completed between 2016 and 2017. Prior to that, Nadhar also earned a Bachelor's Degree in Entrepreneurship/Entrepreneurial Studies from Effat University, which was completed between 2010 and 2014.
