Théo Risopoulos has extensive work experience in the investment industry. Théo is currently a General Partner at Theodorus Investment Funds since June 2023. To further expand their knowledge and skills, Théo has also pursued various certifications and courses. Théo completed an Executive Education program at Harvard Business School in Private Equity and Venture Capital in 2023. Théo also obtained several certifications through online platforms like Coursera, including Introduction to the Biology of Cancer from Johns Hopkins University, Stories of Infection from Stanford University, Advanced Neurobiology I from Beijing University, Design and Interpretation of Clinical Trials from Johns Hopkins University, Financing and Investing in Infrastructure from Bocconi University, Private Equity and Venture Capital from Bocconi University, Financial Engineering and Risk Management Parts I and II from Columbia University, and Lean in manufacturing and services from École des Ponts ParisTech & BCG.

Additionally, Théo has obtained the Certified Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification from CUBIK Partners in 2017. Théo has also participated in various business competitions, including the Solvay Business Game in 2016 and the BCG Strategy Cup in 2014, where they achieved notable rankings and recognition.
