Kristin Kutchyera

Kristin Kutchyera is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in change management and logistics within nonprofit organizations. Currently serving as Portfolio Manager at the Drugs for Neglected Diseases initiative since April 2022, Kristin previously held various roles at the International Committee of the Red Cross, including Change Officer and Global Deployment Administrator. Kristin’s expertise includes developing change-management strategies, facilitating communication across diverse teams, and overseeing project implementation. Additional experience includes project management, administrative support, and teaching. Kristin holds multiple relevant certifications and degrees, including a Master's in English with a specialization in Women & Gender Studies from Lakehead University.
