ADEWALE OLAGUNJU

Adewale Olagunju has a strong background in software engineering and has held various roles throughout their career. Currently, they are working at DrugStoc as a Software Engineering Manager, where they manage a team of 10 people and focuses on establishing engineering excellence. ADEWALE introduced the concept of "dogfooding" their own system and advocated for automated deploy and test processes to improve efficiency. Prior to DrugStoc, they worked as a Senior Software Engineer at Andela and was responsible for building APIs for third parties to integrate with their service, as well as leading a restructuring effort for the system. ADEWALE also worked as a Senior Software Engineer at Duronetworks, Silicon Harbour Investment Limited, and Meomind, where they contributed to building APIs and handling system restructuring. Earlier in their career, they gained experience as a Software Engineer at Country Scan Technology and Sancoj, and as a Junior Software Engineer at Richview Consult & INV. LTD.

Adewale Olagunju completed a Bachelor of Education (B.Ed.) in Mathematics from Adekunle Ajasin University, from 2008 to 2012. In addition, Adewale obtained several certifications, including a Diploma in DevOps Engineering - Kubernetes, Docker and Google Cloud from Alison in June 2020, React js certification from HackerRank in June 2020, and Javascript and Python certifications from HackerRank in May 2020.
