Valentin Negru

Valentin Negru, EMBA, has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Valentin is currently serving as the Global BFSI Sales & CEE Sales Director at DRUID AI, where they focus on presenting an AI&ML SaaS Conversational platform to the CEE region, with a special emphasis on the Financial Services industry. Valentin is also involved in introducing Conversational Business Applications and contributing to the growth of the next Romanian unicorn.

Prior to this, Valentin worked as a Management Consultant at Prophet Management&Consulting. Valentin also gained experience in business development and key account management at htss. At TotalSoft, they served as a Business Vertical Sales Manager, responsible for the sales strategy development and execution within the Financial Services Business Segment for Romania, as well as managing selected international accounts in the EMEA region.

Valentin has also held positions at Erste Group - BCR Leasing IFN SA and IMPULS - Leasing Romania, where they served as the Deputy Sales Director & Partnerships Manager and Vendor&Key Account Manager respectively. Valentin successfully developed and implemented financial products, managed partners, and played a key role in expanding the companies' market presence.

Additionally, Valentin has experience as an Area Sales Manager at VB Leasing Romania IFN SA, where they covered seven counties in Western Romania and managed regional partners and clients. Valentin began their career as a Senior Sales Representative at United Romanian Breweries Bereprod (Tuborg Romania), achieving sales targets and implementing marketing campaigns in their designated area.

Valentin Negru has a strong background in sales, business development, and management, with a focus on the Financial Services industry. Valentin has consistently contributed to the growth and success of the organizations they have worked with.

Valentin Negru, EMBA, completed their Bachelor's degree in Public Relations, Advertising, and Applied Communication from Universitatea "Tibiscus" din Timișoara from 2001 to 2005. Valentin then pursued an Executive Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Business Administration and Management, General from WU Executive Academy from 2012 to 2014. Additionally, Valentin obtained a Black Belt in Lean Six Sigma in 2017.
