David O'Donnell is an accomplished culinary professional with extensive experience in high-level kitchen management. Currently serving as the Resort Executive Head Chef at Druids Glen Hotel & Golf Resort since August 2022, David previously held the position of Executive Chef at Tullamore Court Hotel from December 2019 to June 2022, and has also worked as Head Chef at Belleek Castle and Executive Head Chef at Mount Falcon Estate. Additional roles include Head Chef at Brasserie on the Corner and Chef Patron at Dulse Restaurant. David's earlier experience features a significant tenure as Executive Head Chef at The Ardilaun Hotel in Galway City, as well as positions at Knockranny House Hotel and The Heritage at Killenard, demonstrating a strong background in leading diverse culinary teams across prominent hospitality venues.
