Donald Rawlins

Donald Rawlins is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in corporate law and dispute resolution. Currently serving as a Board Member for Drum Corps International since January 2020, Donald also holds the position of Principal at Rawlins ADR Services since January 2017. Previously, Donald was President of Carolina Crown, Inc. for the year 2022 and served as Principal at The Rawlins Law Firm, P.C. from 2009 to 2015, where representation of businesses in commercial transactions, mergers, acquisitions, and general corporate matters was a focus. Legal experience includes roles as Counsel at Alston & Bird LLP, Assistant General Counsel at Thomas & Betts, and Vice President & Assistant General Counsel at AutoZone. Donald holds a Master of Arts in Dispute Resolution from Southern Methodist University, a Juris Doctor from American University Washington College of Law, and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Economics from The University of Memphis.
