Maikon Luiz Izabel has a diverse work experience in the field of audit and consulting. Maikon started their career at KPMG, Auditores Independentes as an Assistant, where they executed auditing tasks for medium and large-sized companies. Maikon then joined BKR - Lopes Machado Auditores as a Senior Auditor. Later, they became a Partner and Director at Interaudic Auditores e Consultores, where they offered a wide range of services including auditing, accounting, and tax consultancy. Currently, they are working at Drummond Advisors, where they initially served as the Regional Business Development Manager and then progressed to the role of General Manager. Currently, they hold the position of Head of Operations BR at Drummond Advisors.

Maikon Luiz Izabel completed their Bachelor's degree in Accounting from UNOPEC - União Paulistana Educacional e Cultural, where they studied from 2007 to 2011.
