Lee Mullon

Lee Mullon, PE, CFM, D.WRE, PMP has extensive work experience in the engineering field. Lee currently holds the position of Senior Vice President at Drummond Carpenter, PLLC (SDVOSB), where they have been working since 2019. Lee has also served as Principal and Vice President at the company.

Prior to that, Lee worked at Geosyntec Consultants from 2013 to 2019 as a Senior Water Resources Engineer. In this role, they were responsible for project management in the field of water resources engineering, including watershed analysis and modeling, stormwater retrofit design, and water quality assessments.

In addition to their professional work, Lee has also contributed to academia. Lee was an Adjunct Professor at the University of Central Florida in 2017 and served as a Graduate Research Assistant at the university from 2011 to 2014.

Before joining Geosyntec Consultants and the University of Central Florida, Lee worked at Lochrane Engineering from 2002 to 2013. Lee held positions as Project Manager and Project Engineer, where they were responsible for various civil engineering projects, including conceptual planning, site engineering, project scheduling, and construction inspection.

Throughout their career, Lee Mullon has showcased their expertise in water resources engineering and project management, earning several professional certifications.

Lee Mullon, PE, CFM, D.WRE, PMP has a Master's degree in Water Resources Engineering from the University of Central Florida, which was obtained between 2008 and 2014. Additionally, they have a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering with a focus on Water Resources from the same university, earned from 2000 to 2005. Lee Mullon also holds multiple certifications, including being a Diplomate in Water Resources Engineer (D.WRE) from the American Academy of Water Resources Engineers (AAWRE) since 2019, a Certified Floodplain Manager (CFM) from the Association of State Floodplain Managers, Inc. (ASFPM) since 2015, a Professional Engineer (PE) certified by the Florida Board of Professional Engineers since 2011, and a Project Management Professional (PMP) accredited by the Project Management Institute since October 2020.
