Michael Lutz

Michael Lutz is an experienced corporate attorney and business executive with a robust background in law and business development. Currently serving as Chief Business Officer and Vice President of Business Development at Drummond Scientific Company since December 2022, Michael previously held the role of Corporate Attorney at McCausland Keen & Buckman from March 2012 to December 2022, focusing on corporate law, mergers and acquisitions, and complex commercial transactions. Prior to this, experience includes roles as Appeals Officer at Maximus Federal Services, Legal Assistant at Lincoln Financial Group, and Attorney Intern at various law firms. Michael holds a Juris Doctor from Syracuse University College of Law and a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering from Drexel University.
