Pon Pandian Paulswamy is a technology professional with extensive experience in software architecture and consulting. Currently, Pon serves as Co-Founder at TargetBay since March 2021. Pon has been with Innoppl Inc. since August 2010, holding positions including Senior Technical Architect, Technical Architect, and Technology Consultant. Prior experience includes a role as a Business Analyst Intern at Mytownnow Inc. in 2009, where Pon gathered requirements for a web 2.0 collaborative portal. Pon started the career as an Associate Software Engineer at HP Software (EDS - Mphasis) from 2006 to 2008, contributing to significant improvements in telecom billing systems. Educational qualifications include an MBA in Management Information Systems and Finance from the University of Arizona - Eller College of Management (2008-2010) and a Bachelor of Engineering in Electronics & Communications from Anna University Chennai (2002-2006).
