Preetam Shah is a seasoned professional in information development and technical communications, currently serving as Manager of Information Development at Druva since June 2022. Prior to this, Preetam held the position of Knowledge Program Manager at Zscaler, showcasing expertise in knowledge management. Preetam's career at Druva began in February 2015, advancing from Lead Information Developer to Sr. Information Developer. Earlier experience includes a role as Sr. Technical Communications Specialist at Amdocs and Information Engineer positions at Hewlett-Packard and Lionbridge. Preetam began the career in technical writing at Elitecore Technologies Ltd. and holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Computers from Walchand College of Engineering.
