Els Storm RPP has extensive experience in payroll administration, currently serving as a Specialiste salarisadministratie at Moore DRV since October 2024 following the integration of Ruitenburg into the company. Previously, Els worked as a Payroll Advisor at Ruitenburg adviseurs & accountants from November 2007 to October 2024 and held similar positions at Kester & Partners Accountancy B.V., KPMG, and Sophia Revalidatie from 1992 to 2007. Els began a career in administration in 1983 at Zorgcentrum 's Heeren Loo. Educational qualifications include a Payroll Advisor degree from Haagse Hogeschool Den Haag and multiple trainings from Marcus Verbeek (formerly Praehep).
