Jessica Bayer

Jessica Bayer currently serves as the Head of Business Management for the Americas at DRW, a position held since November 2022. Prior to this role, Jessica worked at Citadel from November 2015 to November 2022, advancing through various positions including Operations Manager for Clearing Equities and Fixed Income, Operations Manager for Reconciliation and Control, Team Lead of Clearing, and Clearing Associate focused on Treasury operations. Between 2012 and 2015, Jessica contributed to Guggenheim Partners as an Investment Accounting Associate and Reconciliations Operations Associate. Earlier experience includes serving as an Operations Analyst for Derivatives at Bank of America from 2010 to 2012, and as a Trade Settlement Analyst at Solo Cup Company from 2008 to 2010. Jessica holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance and Insurance from Illinois State University and completed studies at the University of the West of England.
