Michael Melillo, CBCP, is a seasoned professional in business continuity management with extensive experience spanning over two decades. Currently serving as Director and Head of Business Continuity Management for the Americas region at Société Générale since November 2008, Michael has established a strategic vision and operational infrastructure for effective client commitment delivery. Previous roles include regional business continuity management at UBS Investment Bank, where Michael led BCM initiatives based on detailed risk assessments, and notable positions within Société Générale, where Michael advanced BCM efforts and developed methodologies. With a Bachelor of Science in Business Management from the University at New Paltz and executive education at Columbia Business School, Michael is well-equipped to drive strategic continuity initiatives.
