Morgan Ball is a seasoned professional in the energy sector, currently serving as a Senior Oil Strategist at DRW since July 2023. Previously, Morgan spent nearly a decade at bp, advancing through various roles including Crude Trade Strategist and US naphtha and NGL lead market strategist, where responsibilities encompassed analyzing crude, gasoline, naphtha, NGL, and aromatics markets across the Americas. Morgan's early career included positions such as Southeast Natural Gas Cash Trader, where skills in trading and market analysis were developed through a comprehensive three-year rotational Graduate Development Program. Additional experience includes roles at JLL as a Market Research Analyst and involvement in a REIT investment fund during time at the McCombs School of Business. Morgan holds a degree in Business Honors and Finance from The University of Texas at Austin and has also studied at the Prague University of Economics and Business.
