Santiago Martinez Govela

Santiago Martinez Govela is an experienced professional in the energy trading sector, currently serving as the Head of Origination for North American Gas and Power at DRW since July 2022. Prior to this role, Santiago held the position of Managing Director of Origination at Mercuria Energy Trading S.A. from May 2017 to April 2022. Santiago's career includes experience at Morgan Stanley as an Originator from 2015 to 2017 and at Goldman Sachs in Energy Sales from 2007 to 2015. Santiago is an alumnus of Columbia University's School of International and Public Affairs (SIPA).
