SHANMUGAM T S is an experienced engineering professional with over 19 years in the Oil and Gas, Petrochemical, and Power sectors, specializing in design and detail engineering. Currently serving as EPC-Lead Engineer at Drydocks World since April 2025, SHANMUGAM has previously held significant roles including Principal Engineer and Lead Engineer at Sapura Energy Berhad from February 2019 to January 2025, as well as Lead Engineer Piping at L&T Hydrocarbon Engineering Limited from August 2008 to February 2019. SHANMUGAM possesses extensive expertise in Piping & Layout Design for both Greenfield and Brownfield projects, contributing to various phases of engineering such as conceptual design, feed validations, and detail engineering in upstream and downstream EPC and EPCM projects. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering from the National Institute of Engineering, Mysore (2000-2004).
