Elina Hjertén has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. In 2008, they started their career at McDonald's as a Skiftledare, where they worked until 2010. From 2010 to 2013, they worked as a Butiksbiträde at ICA Gruppen. In 2014, they worked as a Receptionist at Comfort Hotel Xpress Stockholm Central. Elina then joined Synsam Sverige in 2015 as an Optikerassistent, where they worked until 2016.

In 2017, Elina took on two roles simultaneously. Elina worked as a Projektledare at My Virtual Reality from May to December 2017 and as an Operativ projektledare at Blick from November 2017 to October 2020.

In 2020, Elina joined Dryft Sverige as a Kundkoordinator from October 2020 to March 2021. Elina then took on the role of Customer Service Manager from April 2021 to December 2021. Currently, they hold the position of Sales Operations Manager at Dryft Sverige starting from January 2022.
