Franz Hofko

Franz Hofko has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Franz began their career at ENGEL Austria in 1978 where they gained expertise in technology planning. Franz later worked as a consultant at ÖKERGO Unternehmensberatung GmbH before transitioning to a role as a production leader at ENGEL Automatisierungstechnik. In 1998, they joined Wacker Neuson SE as a production manager. Hofko then served as the technical manager and operations manager at Duscholux GmbH before becoming the head of production logistics at Hainzl Industriesysteme. Franz went on to establish their own consulting firm, hofko consulting, in 2010. Currently, Hofko is working as the head of quality management and commercial management at Ds Automotion Gmbh.

Franz Hofko completed their education at several institutions. From 1988 to 1992, they attended HTL Linz, where they earned an Ing. degree in Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen. In 2008, they entered MBA Management Business Academy and obtained an Executive MBA degree specializing in various fields such as Prozessmanagement, BWL, Marketing, Unternehmensführung, Sanierungsmanagement, and Finanzmanagement. Additionally, they also completed a Dipl. Betriebswirt degree from the same institution, focusing on Personalmanagement, Vertriebsmanagement, and Organisationsmanagement. At some point, they attended the Wirtschaftsförderungsinstitut and became a certified external auditor for ISO 9001, 14001, 45001, and 27001.
