José Eduardo Suniaga García is an experienced mechanical engineer and project manager with a notable background in large-scale construction and facilities management. Currently serving as a Project Manager and Mechanical Engineer at D&S Resources since May 2023, José has previously held positions such as Senior Mechanical Engineer and Mechanical Project Manager at LYNKA GLOBAL, where major projects included the design and construction of "Hospital Dr. Sotero del Río." José has also managed significant projects at 5D Ingeniería, overseeing the Ottawa and Origen Buildings, and has contributed to various hospital constructions and maintenance programs throughout a diverse career, including experiences at NBI SpA, DIDEING LTDA., and PDVSA. José holds an engineer's degree in Mechanical Engineering from the Universidad Nacional Experimental Politécnica 'Antonio José de Sucre' and completed training as a Passive House Designer at the Passivhaus Institute in 2019.
