Ben Zareh

Ben Zareh is an accomplished UK Project Engineering Manager at DS Smith since May 2022, responsible for the design and execution of various projects across the UK business with budgets ranging from £0.2M to over £10M. Prior to this role, Ben served as a Project Engineer at Morgan Advanced Materials, where two business-critical NPI projects were managed, generating £700K in annual sales revenue. Ben's experience also includes working as a Graduate Manufacturing Engineer and a Mechanical Design Engineer at ASSA ABLOY Group, where a major factory re-layout program was successfully executed. Ben's early career included service as an Officer Cadet in the British Army, effectively leading an 8-man section during high-pressure exercises. Ben earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering from Aston University in 2018.
