Eliot Kirby is an experienced professional in supply chain management, currently serving as Customer Supply Chain and Value Delivery Lead at DS Smith since February 2018. In this role, Eliot leads three functions with ten direct reports, focusing on operational performance and efficiencies for major Pan-European and global customers with a turnover exceeding €1 billion. Eliot has been instrumental in providing world-class solutions and driving significant top and bottom-line value through strategic projects. Previous roles include Head of Supply Chain Innovation at DS Smith and Pan European Customer Supply Chain Manager at Unilever, where Eliot managed customer service and implemented critical cost management platforms. Eliot's earlier experience includes positions at Wolseley, complemented by a degree in Business Studies with a focus on International Business from De Montfort University.
