Enric Holzbacher

Enric Holzbacher is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in the packaging and adhesives industries. Currently serving as Managing Director North Europe at DS Smith since February 2019, Enric oversees a significant portfolio, including 70 production sites and 9,000 employees across multiple countries, generating revenues of €2.3 billion. Prior to this role, Enric was the Group CEO at Grupo Lantero from February 2014 to November 2018, managing an international corporation in the packaging and printing markets with sales nearing €700 million. Enric also held key positions at Henkel, including Corporate Senior Vice President for Adhesives Technologies, leading global sales of €2 billion, and as Laundry & Household Vice-President at Henkel Iberica. Enric's educational background includes prestigious institutions such as INSEAD, IESE, Harvard, and NEOMA Business School.
