Eric Acker

Eric Acker has extensive experience in IT infrastructure and management, currently serving as IT Infrastructure Manager at DS Smith since December 2002, overseeing IT systems, networks, and workplace operations across 40 industrial sites and agencies in France, while managing a team of 14 engineers and project managers. Prior to this role, Eric worked as a Systems and Network Administrator at The Timken Company from January 2001 to November 2002, focusing on Windows Server and Exchange systems in France and managing technical architecture evolution projects. Eric began his career at Groupe Bouygues as an IT Project Manager from January 1995 to December 2000, where responsibilities included LAN and WAN network administration and Windows server and messaging administration. Eric holds a Master's degree in Applied Computer Science from Ecole Supérieure Informatique Strasbourg and a Diplôme Universitaire Technique in Computer Technology from Université Louis Pasteur Strasbourg.
